The Joker is a serial killer and a super-villain, a dangerous madman who dresses like a clown and commits violent crimes. He is often recognized as Batman's greatest enemy. He is a brilliant and ruthless criminal mastermind.
Harley Quinn, or dr. Harleen Quinzel was a psychiatrist interning at Arkham Asylum, having been fascinated in studying the Joker. During their sessions, Quinzel fell madly in love with the Joker. She re-invented herself as Harley Quinn, sidekick and lover of the Joker. Besides the Joker, Harley Quinn also works with Poison Ivy, with whom she is close friends. She is a skilled gymnast as well as having psychiatric knowledge.
The Riddler, or Edward Nigma, is a villain who executes schemes involving riddles, puzzles, death traps, and word-games.
Reverse-Flash, or Eobard Thawne is Flash's greatest enemy. He went through the chemical process that gave Flash his powers and gained super speed. Eobard made a suit and named himself Reverse-Flash.
