Lego DC Super-Villains is Lego-themed action-adventure video game developed by Traveller's Tales, which serves as a spin-off to the Lego Batman trilogy and the fourth instalment in the Lego DC franchise. Unlike the Lego Batman trilogy, this is the first Lego video game to focus entirely on villains of the DC Universe, similar to the villain levels featured in Lego Batman: The Videogame.
 
             
The Joker
The Joker is a serial killer and a super-villain, a dangerous madman who dresses like a clown and commits violent crimes. He is often recognized as Batman's greatest enemy. He is a brilliant and ruthless criminal mastermind.

Harley Quinn
Harley Quinn, or dr. Harleen Quinzel was a psychiatrist interning at Arkham Asylum, having been fascinated in studying the Joker. During their sessions, Quinzel fell madly in love with the Joker. She re-invented herself as Harley Quinn, sidekick and lover of the Joker. Besides the Joker, Harley Quinn also works with Poison Ivy, with whom she is close friends. She is a skilled gymnast as well as having psychiatric knowledge.

The Riddler
The Riddler, or Edward Nigma, is a villain who executes schemes involving riddles, puzzles, death traps, and word-games.

Reverse Flash
Reverse-Flash, or Eobard Thawne is Flash's greatest enemy. He went through the chemical process that gave Flash his powers and gained super speed. Eobard made a suit and named himself Reverse-Flash.

Lex Luthor (Superman Suit)
Lex Luthor is a billionaire, the founder and owner of LexCorp Industries, and a philantrophist on the outside, but is also secretly a power-hungry arch-enemy of Metropolis' protector, Superman.
